How to you get people to pay RGL fees?

I played when I was in middle school, and every time someone payed for me. I believe that new players get their dues paid for if their team is created by newbie.tf, and I think most teams want to play with each other so someone will pay for their teammate

det-jetzthe last time pugs were good was 2017-18 pug champ imo
Even pugchamp right at the end (b4 website died) was pretty good. If you were newer/lower div there were always pugs starting around 5pm that had a good mix of invite players and lesser known players. They were always really chill too
Favorite part of pugging was getting screamed at by invite players, twas the good old days

The steps outlined, if actually taken, would resolve most if not all of the issues I have been seeing with RGL. Here's to hoping, and I think it's great that the RGL staff was actually transparent about the exact changes they want to make to fix issues along with a mod reshuffle.
