The audio takes ~8 hours and video around ~20 hours but I always feel like I could be faster.

i understand the frustration of futility. its hard to believe when you are: in the thick of it and feel like you've tried everything and don't have the energy anymore to keep pushing, but, it doesn't matter how hard you try if you're not trying the 'right things'..
which will be different for everyone. and of course if it was easy to figure out how to get out of it, you would've already done it.

i was thinking earlier today about why you know people who kill themselves are really depressed. they almost never destroy cars or max out credit cards or try to pull any bogus shit for the lols before they pull the plug
