I've played over 3000 hours of TF2 and im such an idiot because I fell for this scam, some person with a high steam level said they wanted me to promote their site https://tf2pounce.com/, and they said they will make someone the winner, i thought it was legit and I bet some items and they made me the winner.

But to withdraw my items it said I had to win 1 game with over a 10% chance of winning, and I ended up betting some of my most valuable items and won a whole load of unusuals and australiums + my own items back, but then it said I needed to pass verification to withdraw the items. I got a trade offer from the bot with all the items I bet and more that I didnt bet and it gave me a code and said i need to accept the trade to pass verification, but I then bet again and the offer became invalid.

I asked the person to get the bot to send another offer but then they said I need to buy 50 keys from the mann co store to pass verification, and every message I sent from then on I just got the reply of "you need to buy 50 keys to pass verification". I then sent some stern messages to the guy saying I will take down his site if he doesnt trade my items back and then he unfriended me the next day.

now im going to have to spend more money on getting those items items back
