I've been trying to get people for this game for a bit now- best I managed was 2v2s or 2v3s, which probably isn't as fun as a full set. Big recommend on this game on the premise though, at least. Would love to test real gameplay when I get the chance

all the other threads are 8 years old, so it's worth looking at it again
what songs fit TF2 frag videos, classics or ones that you might use in your own videos later

I'm aware I'm probably the only person that has theirs changed, but there's no option for windows mouse ticks in this. I play with what would look like a higher mouse sens (3.9 ingame 1200 dpi) until you factor in I'm on 5/11
STV provides a lot of advantages that watching in-game simply wouldn't. Running in -insecure mode means you can't connect to VAC secure servers, but it does allow you to run castingessentials, a plugin that pretty much runs our huds, as well as make a bunch of other modifications meant to be more helpful for the viewer. STV also provides a delay to the server, which makes it possible for a different plugin called cheatfeed that lets observers see what happens ahead of time, so they can spectate airshots/backcaps with a lot more consistency. That plus delays to help prevent screencheating in casts where all the players are still in the LAN stadium, I'd assume. I've never done production at lan, but that's why we use stv in general

basic bitch lofi rap
various 80s sounding songs
here's a good indie band
my favorite genre generally is math rock/midwestern emo so if you're at all in stuff like that check out Giraffes? Giraffes! or Marietta

catface is subbing in for for rio as well, two strong fraggers for destructive subbed out temporarily. will be interesting to watch
probably best way to negate this is to find either scrimming partners that you can count on dedicated weeklies with, or start noticing certain team leaders that do these strats and start kind of "black listing" them i guess, so you kind of limit yourself on what teams you fight
granted, if you're getting rolled by perma kritz and offclassing you just need to start working on grinding and getting to the point where teams have to start taking you seriously
