Gunboats have always been fine, I wasn't happy about Escape Plan and Boston Basher back in the day. Most unlocks enhance the game rather than take away from it (and those are generally dealt with rather swiftly).

i hate any european scout that plays "defensive" or "passive"
i think the default hud is fine
EDIT: i also think that 80-110 ping is fine (isnt that great for scout but stop fucking complaining if you're playing soldier it makes literally no difference)
Even 60 ping is noticeable in a bad way...
