Yes, I realize they don't mean the world, but so far the only thing happening in my recruitment thread has been ripping apart that one request to have lobby experience and attempting to nullify the value of Lobby, which I have already removed to appease the naysayers.

It has some value. This is for a Steel team, for UGC. I'm not expecting a lord savior to jump in here and take the position.

Now this thread is probably obliterated from the derailment. I already only had 2 places to post this in and this one got murdered by the anti lobby brigade.

At the very least it proves that a player has had some sort of experience in a 6 on 6 setting. So it really does mean something, even if the people in this forum completely and utterly look down on tf2lobby.

All right, I will remove that requirement, but I have a feeling that if anyone is going to ask, it's going to be people who've only played in pubs. Fingers crossed I guess.

Well, how many players go straight from pubs to scrims, without playing lobbies?

I could cut out the requirement that the person played lobbies, but what are the odds of a good 6s player who hasn't played Lobbies? It's unlikely from my experience. I am sure there are the rare players who have made the jump like that probably, but I don't think one would randomly stumble on a great player by chance at these forums.

Steel team Suicide Squad is recruiting a starting Demo for the upcoming 6v6 season. We are located in the East coast, playing in EST.

Requirements :

-A lot of experience with the class, many hours.
-Some experience in 6s.
-Someone who knows rollouts, tactics, sticky spots and such.
-Dedication to the team and cause. No Demoknight, no offclassing.
-Free to play most weeknights. We usually play league games Wednesdays, but can be Thursday and Friday too, but you need to be available other weeknights to lobby and scrim.
-Mumble voice program.
