Before this gets all forgotten and Sal's time and effort put into competitive TF2 is but a vague memory.

The more requests we send the better chance he has so put 2 minutes into doing this. Infact, nominate anyone else who you think deserves one for their efforts put into TF2 for the greater good while you're at it, spread the love <3.

i'm not trying to shit ont he parade but sal already has a community weapon and the valve team has only ever given two to one person afaik (lange) and it was by mistake

Not true (http://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/List_of_Community_item_owners) but ah, crap, Sal's backpack is private and he isn't in the wiki's list so I assumed he didn't. Well hope the sentiment is appreciated and hope others nominate other deserving candidates.

if anyone remembers Whisker Biscuit and Truktruk, they carried Tip of the Hats on their backs and don't have community weapons

Sad to see someone that I actually enjoyed watching and listening to go, but I am happy that you are finally moving on. It's good to see that you are re-evaluating your life and doing something more important. (not that tf2 isn't important, of course)

Randomly happening onto one of your videos one night like a year and a half ago and PM'ing eXtine about it is probably my single greatest contribution to the TF2 community. And I'm totally ok with that.

I think I'm not the only one out there that basically got into TF2 because of you Sal. When I started I watched a few of your casts and was instantly hooked to competitive TF2 and the game in general.

So many hours spent watching you cast, and I've enjoyed every second of it. (And will continue to do so, with the chances I get).
