Put in cfg folder and type exec admin in your autoexec. Also alias your rcon password with your password if you always use the same one.
This will alias every map and ignore stv delay to map names. All you have to do is type the map alias in console. You don't like how the aliases are named you can change them. Note that there is no way to automatically exec the right config and serveme will default to the one you chose when you made the server.
I have also aliased configs but only for ET2L. Do not use this if you're getting casted or wait for stv to catch up.
