Something frequently happens where my ping is at 200-700 constantly changing and it stays that way for extending periods of time. I have reset my router, generally at least once a day. I just reset my router and I currently have about 600 ping. Everything is frozen and I'm rubberbanding and my weapons switch themselves. I am currently the only person using the internet. It seems to happen at any time of the day. I'm living in an apartment where they have a deal with Verizon so they are the only possible provider. Also this is the best internet I can get from them here. Here's a speedtest I just did (closed tf2):

Edit: I have no idea why speedtest is giving me an A. I usally get a D or an F being worse than 90% of the US.
Just to be clear, when I am dling, I never actually get that dl speed. It also changes constantly and usually never goes above 220.

Do you have a mobile phone/other sure-to-be-clean-from-l33t-virus devices to test the connection on?

Start documenting everything.
Call Verizon support, tell them the issue...

Have technician come down to check apartment wiring...
Document.
Write a letter of complaint including the All the documentation of their poor service and how you no longer see verizon as respectable company.

I have Verizon Fios and this my speed has also been kinda fucked recently will go from 80/35 to like 7/.05 . I've tried calling them but they have not done anything to help me with this. Restart router/switch on an almost daily basis and still does nothing.
