Need to bind a weapon swap script to one key

So my friend zar who some of you might know as "KEVCHEV" is in dire need of a script that uses q to switch between the primary and secondary weapon slots. He asked me if I could make him one but much to his dismay I could NOT figure it out. Please help hes getting desperate :^|
