The few times I had the chance to play with Kayore I could tell he was dedicated to improving. He has great DM and can maincall very well. He's also very nice to talk to.

I've had a few experiences with Kayore, and I'm glad that I can say that all of them have been good. Once I saw this thread I was going to post on it anyway, but he has special requested that I post my honest thoughts about him here. So here comes the honesty. In terms of his personality and experience talking to him I do not think there is going to be any problems there. This guy is very nice and actually kinda funny when talking to him in mumble. With my experiences with him there, I think that this guy would be a great addition to any team mumble environment. Keep in mind I have not played with him in any competitive situation other than two pugs. Another one of his key points is his tremendous dedication to this game. I can safely say that there are very few people like this guy when it comes to the grind of becoming better at this game. Whenever I ran into him in a pug he always asks me how I think he did. He has no issue with asking for help and understanding that he has room to grow. What I mean by this is that Kayore has next to no ego issues. He is confident enough to play, but at the same time is very humble. I have reviewed a few demos with him and played a couple pugs with him, and this is what I have gathered from those experiences. Onto his gameplay. Kayore's game sense and DM are okay. I think that he has a lot to work on when it comes to main calling. When he says in his original post that he could play high-Open, I personally do not agree with this. I know that Open and IM are nothing like what they used to be in terms of skill level as of recent, but I still think it would be struggle in high-Open. I think that Kayore is best suited on a mid-open team. With this being said, his DM is decent and his main calling may struggle at times, but he has one of the most hardcore drives to improve at this game that I have ever seen. It is very seldom that you find people that are humble and reach out and ask for criticisms. Kayore has my recommendation for a solid mid-Open team.

I've been somewhat mentoring Kayore and giving him my opinion on things for a bit. From what I've seen, he's gotten a lot better than he was. He's become more confident in his play and decision making. He also is very open to criticism and improving and will always listen to what others have to say. I do somewhat agree with rogue in that his overall gameplay needs work and that mid open may be the best for him at the moment. However, I am fully confident that if he continues being as dedicated as he has been and gets on a team that works well, he will be high open/low IM in a season or two. Definitely worth trying out if, for nothing else, his great personality and the fact he makes the game more fun to play.
