Hey.
I have a promblem with lawena. the problem is that when I am going to click "start team fortress 2" it says "files not replaced due to backup folders still present". I don't understand what it means. The second problem is other times when I am starting team fortress 2 it works but than it takes over 120 seconds before it starts and after that it say it taked over 120 seconds for teamfortress 2 to start. Btw Im bad at english so sorry If I have writed something wrong. I would be grateful If someone could help me with this, because I really need it to record.

every time Lawena loads its own config it backs up your own config in a zip file in your tf folder. My backup zip files never delete properly, but I haven't had any issues with them still being there and I just delete them when 10 or so pile up. Take a look in your tf folder and remove the zip files if they're still there

Also I'd recommend backing up your own config somewhere else as well before you start TF2. Friend of mine lost his entire config because of Lawena having trouble replacing the configs with the original ones again

Never encountered the 120 seconds issue, but maybe this'll fix that as well.
If not: Maybe it just takes too long to back up your config because it's too big of a file? It usually says so when your cfg files are too big to back up but maybe you don't get the error message for some reason. Try placing your cfg files in Custom elsewhere before starting Lawena. Maybe that helps

Doubt I'll be able to help you with anything if the advice I've already given doesn't work. I never really encountered any of the issues you've had and I'm not that familiar with Lawena

You can try redownloading Lawena in case you have an outdated version. I doubt redownloading TF2 is necessary

take a look in your "tf" folder. Delete the backup Lawena zip files like you see at the bottom in the screenshot. They contain backups of all files that can be found in "tf > cfg" and "tf > custom". Those cause the "files not replaced due to backup folders still present" error.

http://puu.sh/nQQ0m/19304282e0.png
move all the files in your "custom" folder to a new folder on your desktop so your custom folder is empty, then start Lawena and see if it can start tf2 without the 120 seconds error. If it has to back up less files it should take less long. Afterwards you can simply put the files you put on your desktop back in custom where they belong

If this doesn't fix the issue then the issue might be Lawena itself just not working on your PC for some reason I don't know

Sorry man. That's all I've got. You can still try reinstalling Lawena if you haven't tried that yet but I'm out of ideas
