So this is a follow-up to my sync problem, because in that thread no one replied. I have this weird syncing problem with steam cloud. When I launch the game, I see a flash of the TF2 logo, and then suddenly, nothing launched. Also, there's a frame in the tf2 button in my libradry that says "syncing". Help. Also, other games have the same problem too

Try deleting (or moving) everything in your steam folder except steamapps and steam.exe and then running steam
