Random slow reloading on sniper

In the past few months I've had a problem when playing sniper... Randomly maybe one out of ten or twenty shots i fire the sniper rifle will reload more slowly than normal. I'm talking about 2-3 times slower and not being able to switch weapons or do anything until it reloads.

Does anyone else have this problem? It is very frustrating especially when you are being rushed and are unable to really move or fire a shot or switch weapons.

Another sniper issue I have that is a bit less of a problem but still annoying is often times when i respawn on sniper I will respawn zoomed in. So I cant really walk forward at full speed until I hit right click again. Just a minor annoyance but I thought I'd mention it as well.

Anyone run into these problems? Any solutions?

Yea I thought of that, but it's not like I can stare at it and be like, oh that's why its doing that. I had an extra space or extra bracket that wasn't supposed to be there. That's what's causing my random reload issues! :P

In all seriousness though, I suppose I could just delete my sniper config temporarily to see if the issue still happens or not. Only changes to my sniper config though is just different fov settings on different weapon slots.

check to see if you have +reload on (not cl_autoreload 1), that sometimes messes with reloading on some weapons

Thanks, but yea I don't use +reload on any classes. Just auto reload enabled through the in-game checkbox.

My sniper config:

// NOTE: These Class Configs are made by Aron's Crosshair Switcher.
// You can download it here: http://www.mediafire.com/xhair
// Don't touch unless you know what you're doing,
// one wrong letter can broke the whole config.

I honestly don't know what most of that shit is in there for. I think some of the binds are there because my spy config required me to put a config in all classes configs otherwise it would screw them up. And only the fov's were set with that aron's crosshair switcher thing. I think some of the other garbage is from somewhere else. Not sure I've not touched my configs in like a year...
