He would be able to pull his weight on a low/mid team that wants to hang around but I'm not sure he should really try for scout or med cuz he's more experienced on demo. I doubt he would perform in mid+ open well though.

Against mid-high open players or mid-high open teams? Figuratively just because I get 400 dpm in a pug against im/invite players doesn't make me a im/invite level player u know what I mean.

Lowish high open just sounds like a really roundabout way of saying "mid open"

Mid-high is for decent people who want to be considered good and mid-low is for bad people who want to be considered decent.

mid-high open means people that consider themselves above average for open, but probably aren't contending in the playoffs. Anyone in mid-open considers themselves mid-high open.

Most low teams prefer to call themselves low-mid because, while they're below average in open, they're closer to the average teams than they are to the worst teams. Low open is a scary thought, because literally anyone with zero TF2 experience could be "low open". People want some dividing line between themselves and new players. (i.e. UGC Iron and UGC Silver teams are very different, but both would be "low open".)
