EST.
22.
Reasonable.
No previous team experience but getting mentored by higher division players.
Looking for low Open teams so I can break into ESEA.
Doesn't rage.
Willing to scrim often.

A backup position would also be ideal.

you should probably grind through the ugc divs for some team experience, mentoring won't completely make up for no experience.

its called open for a reason. since he's looking for a low open team experience is good but not a requirement.

There's literally no reason to not play in Open if you want the experience.

Anyway, I've come to know Desk over the past month+ and he's a really dedicated individual. He's barely started in this game but will pour over his own POVs with people so he can improve, and soaks up information like a sponge. He's also well spoken and really wants to just play and learn TF2, and be in an environment with teammates who share the same idea. Being on a team will further his experience in the game, since stuff from #tf2mix and TF2Center can only go so far.

If you're looking for someone who's sure to learn fast with a good heart, I can only recommend Desk. Best of luck in the search.
