I've played TF2 for 335 hours now, and I'd like to try out for a competitive team, 6v6 or highlander.
I'd say I am a decent demoman, and but the competitive community is very new to me. I'm looking for a chill, but serious team, and am open to any criticism from better players. If you're willing to take me in for a tryout, please add me on steam, and we'll take this discussion further.

And important thing to note is that my internet is pretty bad, but WILL be fixed later this summer.

Hello and welcome to the competitive tf2 community!

I think you may find that ESEA is going to be more than a little over your level (given your hours), so I'd highly recommend starting in a UGC iron or steel team. The looking for team forums for that league are available here: http://www.ugcleague.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?59-Players-Looking-for-Teams

If you have any other questions, feel free to post them here, or you can add me and I can answer basic stuff.

Good luck finding a team!
