I recently reinstalled windows and I made sure to back up my custom folder.
I installed steam and tf2 and I go on it and its the defult hud menu with none of my settings. I take a look and my folder is there exactly how it was before and I see no reason why it isn't working but for some reason it isn't.
Any help will be much appreciated, I just want to play again :(

Does pugna.cfg reverse mouse/rotate each movement key clockwise?

Try putting it all in one folder.
If that doesn't work, then try turning off Steam Cloud.

TRied both of those and nothing worked. About to reinstall the game and see if that works. Also steam isnt picking up any skins I install eitther so I dont know if that helps or if these are different issues.

You just copy paste all the files without a reinstall? If you did that then that's the problem. Only copy paste doesn't install the game to your computer! Install the game and then apply the custom folder!
