No rollout waiting time server prob

I recently played a mix on my new server.
Sadly, for some reason there's no spawn "wait time".
The problem is that when the round begins, you move immediately. No time to jump forward or heal demo.
I used the command "exec etf2l_6v6_5cp" so there should be no problem with loading the config.

Any ideas?
