Looking for some HUD editing help

Firstly, I'm trying to add the scoreboard from the yA_hud to my current hud.
I've moved the scoreboard.res over to my hud location, however it is broken and looks like this.

Secondly, I'd like to change the background image of the main page of TF2.

Finally, I'd like to change the loading screen to the yA_hud one.

I can usually figure these kind of things out myself, but after looking at my screen for 15 minutes I've given up trying to guess and decided that it would be easier asking!
