With the new irc movement with pugna I've been having issues connecting to any of them, and i'm not network/computer savvy enough to figure out or understand the issue without explanation.
So there's the mibbit, kiwi irc, and the other.
Here's what I get when I attempt to connect through mibbit.

after I go to the link in ^ http://i.imgur.com/eVJyn00.jpg
Here's what I get when I attempt via kiwi IRC: http://i.imgur.com/YPpeJ9c.jpg
And finally: http://i.imgur.com/mkXQoi3.jpg with the same prompting to go to the link as the mibbit irc.

If it would be easier for whomever wants to help to add me and talk, feel free to

Use actual IRC application instead of web based ones, like MIRC, leafchat, XChat or Irssi. The problem with web based ones is that they propably use the same IP all the time, so once someone gets banned, everyone using it gets banned.

No, every time you connect your actual IP gets parsed. The problem is OP's network is on that particular spam black list website (which the link to why is right in the client)

This system is shared by hundreds of other networks, except gamesurge (hence why you see the spam all the time) HiveMind will need to go through and follow the process of having the IP delisted from that site.

HiveMind: Are you on a school network, or public network, or something along those lines?

I'm connected via ethernet cable to a router that's connected to both another computer and the phone jack
Only two computers use it

I have added you in order to discuss a solution.
