Now, with this speed I feel like I should be able to stream at a decent quality.

But, when I run the setup wizard on XSplit it tells me my upload speed is only 2,000 KBPS or so. It will initially start at 5Mbps but it drops and stays at around 2. I feel as if XSplit isn't getting the right connection, anyone else have the issue/know why?

Last I knew, XSplit's built-in bandwidth test only tests up to what you have your bitrate set to. So if your bitrate is set to 2000kbps, it will only test up to that speed.

Oh? I presume the "Setup Wizard" was testing to see the full potential, since after the setup it will automatically change your bitrate on XSplit to what it came out to.

** Edit **

I just changed the bitrate to 5000 on XSPlit and re-ran and got same results :(

I think the Setup Wizard is a new feature, doesn't sound familiar to me. I've been using OBS full-time since early this year. Not sure how the Wizard does things.

I see. Okay, well, any good OBS guides I can check out? I looked for one before, from Sky something but the site was down.

Thanks for the help thus far though.
