So my TF2 feels like I'm playing in a jar of peanut butter. Everyone else is moving at normal speeds but it feels like someone turned down my time scale. I tried verifying game cache, different servers, local servers, and restarting my internet, nothing has worked thus far. It was the worst on my local server, everything has super slow and felt like it had a second of input delay, Has anyone else had this problem or have advice on how to fix it?

I had this problem before. No one knew what caused it, and it kinda just fixed itself after a TF2 update.

Ok, I forgot to try restarting my computer, I did and it fixed itself, seemingly.
