So I'm sitting in the student lounge at my college playing Pokemon X, when this guy nearby starts watching these other dudes play Magic. This guy turns around, looks at me and asks if I'm playing Pokemon. I say Yes, and before I even respond with that I'm playing X, the guy starts going off on this rant about how GameFreak ruined the entire game and competitive meta with X/Y. He starts off by saying he was one of the people that first evolved the current meta(yeah sure), then starts saying that fairy types are super powerful and shit and how they break the game for another 10 minutes. The entire time he's doing this, his breath smells like shit and he's directly on top of me putting his fucking foul smelling fumes up my nose while I'm trying to breed a shiny smeargle. After his rant ends, I tell him that fairies are super weak against poison and have normally weak stats and point out to him how in previous generations Dragon types were dominant and were always used. He doesn't have a good rebuttal so instead he starts saying how gamefreak is doing all this fan service and how they made Gardevoir's mega evolution boobs too big and at this point I'm already pissed and just want to play my pokemon without people telling me these fucking pokemons boobs are too big so I tell him to piss off and continue breeding for a shiny smeargle.

Well this makes me cringe as i type, but there are two:
1) A good friend from grades 1-6 came up to me outside the tennis courts at my school (match that day against his team) and he said, "Hey, *name*, whats up?" and i couldn't remember his name so i literally just said, "Heyyyyy.... Youuuuu........." and then he didn't even fucking say anything. Just turned and looked away and leaned on a fence. My sister began laughing too, making it worse, and stumbled away. That was probably the worst. Haven't talked to him since.
2) After a tennis match (apparently i just become socially handicapped after tennis), this girl (who i just played) walks up while i was walking with my friends and says hi, apparently in a flirtatious way. I didn't hear and kept walking with my friends, as it was dead silent for like 10 seconds. Then my friend asks why i didnt talk to her and tells me she said hi, and i just cringed and still think about the voluminous amounts of my mom's spaghetti that had been excreted from my pocket on that day.

I was skyping with my sister(at college, all girls school), and her room mates were discussing trips to the gynecologist, and she turned around and joined in the conversation. I just kinda sat there.
Had a good friend that I'd hang out with every week in high school and we didn't keep in touch at all after high school. At one point we used to play MTG together and we'd both invested quite a bit of money in the game. I pretty much only played MTG with this person and his friends, so I always left my cards at his place. I call him up about 2 months into my freshman year in college (we literally hadn't spoken a word to each other since we graduated high school) to make small talk and ask to meet up and hang out. I bring up the subject of wanting to sell the cards I'd played with and it turns out he ended up selling my cards (probably a few hundred dollars worth) for drug money. We both felt awkward and he kind of had a backhanded apology where he was sorry about doing it but didn't really want to accommodate for it. I didn't press the issue too much, as I saw he changed a ton already even though it hasn't been even a year since he's been living on his own. We haven't spoke to each other since.

Friday was pretty fucking awkward for me.
I tried to take a girl out on a date to some cute little crepe place, which would have been awesome except for the fact that it didn't exist anymore. Then later we were walking around downtown and being the smooth man I am, I decided to try and hold her hand. I'm 6ft and she's about 5'1, so her hands were about half a foot lower than mine. Instead of just bending my knees a little and grasping at her hand, I used one hand to lift her arm so that her hand would be at the same height as mine, and then grabbed her hand with the other. I'm not sure if I explained that well, but it was very awkward physically, and probably awkward for her both physically and emotionally.
Later that night I was hanging out with some friends and a couple girls that I didn't know at Ben and jerrys. the girls that I didn't know started talking about how their friend Mayra was going to homecoming with some guy named Angel. Then all of my friends turned to me and gave me that "oh fuck this must be awkward as hell for you" look because I told them that I was going with her. The girls then apologized and said "she must have meant that you're her angel!". I ate my coffee flavored ice cream very slowly that night.
Then when I got home my parents started asking me about this girl that I thought I was taking to homecoming. I just answered all of their questions as if we were still going together so that they wouldn't freak out and ask me more questions about it. Ok I need to stop talking about this girl because I think it's a little unhealthy.

I had to legitimately crouch down in order to get any dick to ass action and i probably looked like a power lifter or something because i had to spread my feet far apart in order to crouch properly. after we danced for a little bit, the girl said she had to piss and was gone for like 10 minutes, leaving me standing around like the awkward uptight shitnerd that i was. Oh I forgot to mention the only drinks at the party were lean and i didnt want to fuck with coedine(and there was no weed) so I remained sober throughout the night. When the girl came back, I was spinning in circles surveying the party like an eagle searching for prey. She started talking to me and being sober my social skills were severely diminished from what they usually are at when im at parties. She saw how uptight i was and assumed that i somehow was intimidated of her so this girl who barely came up to my nipples started questioning me on whether I was scared of her and was practically in tears because she thought I was terrified by her and hated her. So long story short I said no but in 20 minute increments when we were dancing she stopped and asked if i was ok. I kinda bailed at the party and didnt fuck her but got her number and hung out with her and her cousin a couple of days later.
