try and learn to cook or make your own food. even simple sandwiches are pretty good for you, with some roast beef, lettuce, tomato and avocado its all good. stay away from pre made stuff and you'll be pretty good

if you havent really taken care of the internals of your computer i would get a new pc. dust and other stuff gets in there and can really slow it down. especially if you cant even reach 120 fps. your gpu is pretty bad, your i5 is a bit outdated, but you do have a good amount of ram. if you have the money i would go for a new one, otherwise just upgrade to an i5-4690k and a gtx 750 ti at least, any 900 series would be a good pick.

wow, they actually restricted brightness and net_graph. i figured they would unrestrict upon release but i guess not. they better allow it soon

It would be nice if valve was consistant about what they allowed and just forced all settings to be the same across all of tf2. csgo was like that for a while with timers and such and its so much better with it all the same all the time.

There is both a leave penalty and prec put into the game without the need for scripts, and optimization will be there for sure in at least a little amount

I seriously doubt they will still be restricting options like net_graph and brightness, they are not complete idiots.

They probably had them restricted just to reduce the amount of things that could cause a possible bug during the beta.
