Background: I've been playing TF2 for about 2 years then took a LONG break because of the F2P release. I gave away most of my items, but I'm quickly trying to get back into the game. I used to play Saharan Spy, but I'm looking to jump into competitive play so I transitioned to Soldier.
I'm a quick learner, so feel free to add me if you'd like to be my mentor or leave a comment. A microphone would be very helpful as well. I don't currently have ESEA Premium, but when I feel that I am worthy enough to play, I'll go ahead and pay for it.

You should only bother paying for ESEA if you get on a team to play a season with. Otherwise there's not much reason to pay for it.
