custom sv_pure 2 sound files

deguyes but it's banned on etf2l because it can be used to cheat
the reason i want a file to change is so i can have 2 killsounds and for it to work in sv_pure 2, changing the sound i get when hovering over a menu button for example and setting it as my 2nd killsound. I assume the etf2l ban is if i change something that gives me an advantage?
if im over complicating things then please let me know
