fk1 is fantastic
only 1 issue i've heard about (but inapplicable with my binds) is that the scroll wheel & scroll wheel button aren't durable

I have used the Deathadder 2013, Logitech G400s and G302, and Zowie FK1.

The G302 is my personal favorite and is what I use right now. The shape takes a second to get used to but it has very satisfying but light clicks, has a good sensor, and is pretty light while still having side buttons (G100s doesn't have side buttons is why I didn't get that instead, but I've heard it's really good). My one legit complaint is that the cord is pretty freaking stiff, but once you get it set you won't notice it. For some reason the G302 is marketed as a MOBA mouse but I use it exclusively for FPS and it's great. Also the lights on the side are pretty cool looking lol

The G400s shape was a kinda odd for my claw grip and had clicks that were a bit too hard sometimes. Also a bit too heavy for me

The FK1 was also a tiny bit too hard to click (especially if you compare it to the Deathadder) and my grip again felt a bit odd BUT it was light, and the sensor felt especially good. The side buttons feel better than my G302 as well actually, less mushy. Scroll wheel did feel a tiny bit wobbly but not a big deal at all. Overall the FK1 was awesome and some people don't even mind the Huano switches being a little harder.

And you have a Deathadder so you know how that feels

So yeah I would recommend FK1 or G302 (just give the shape some time) or G100s if you don't use side buttons. They will feel way smaller in your hand than the Deathadder did, especially the G302. All of them are really good light mice, I just liked the G302 click feel the most which is why I use it. I ordered a Ninox Aurora though so that might be even better, maybe wait and see what people say about that first.

I've never had an issue with my FK- although I haven't tried the FK2014 or whatever it's called.

It's just a good solid mouse.

So I dunno if this helps, but it was worth every cent I paid for it.

If you like light mice the g100s is actually really good and can make low sens feel a lot higher w/ a hard pad.

i had the razer deathadder black (not 2013, idk if 2013 black version was a thing) and went to the zowie FK1. they're almost completely different mice in terms of subtle differences, but i really enjoyed the switch. the differences are that the deathadder has really soft/weak mouse buttons, and the FK1 is harder to click. the LOD (lift off distance) on the deathadder is very high, which is hard to transition to when the LOD on the FK1 is like the lowest i've ever used. if you claw grip i highly suggest getting the FK1 if youre looking for something new. gl

I've had a g400, abyssus, g400s, ec1 evo, and the g402. I use the g402 cause it feels the most similar to the g400/s and I'm the most comfortable with it. I did disable the added buttons cause I accidentally hit them all the time but it doesn't bother me that much. The ec1 was a little heavy for me, the abyssus was too light and small with cheap switches, and the g400/s broke all the time. I got my g402 for free when I rma'd one of my g400's (which I got from rma'ing a previous g400).

I went from the DA 2013 to the FK1. The FK1 shape is flat in comparison. Consider your grip style.

Could you specify some features you might want/require? E.g. how you grip your mouse (palm, claw, fingertip), side buttons, glossy plastic vs. rubber sides, weight, etc.

what's like the best palm grip light mouse with, as jimijan stated, satisfying light clicks? i was never appealed by heavy mouses and light mouses always felt more responsive to me.

With palm grip and being light your list is pretty short (at least in the realm of mice with flawless/near flawless sensors which is all I pay attention to). I'm classifying light as <90 grams. I can't comment too much on clicks for all of these, when you want light clicks that basically just excludes any Zowie selection.

Roccat Savu (with mod to reduce to around 80g and balance weight distribution)
Steelseries Kana V2 (might only be comfortable to palm if smaller hands)
And the old MLT04 microsoft mice (WMO/Intellimouse) but the Alcor shape is based upon these, so not a first choice

That's really all I could pull out, afraid there aren't too many in those larger dimensions for palming when staying light.

Assuming you mean claw grip/low weight/light clicks that'd basically just be every other non-Zowie flawless sensor mouse with lower weight and smaller dimensions. If it's not large -> palm compatible like I listed everything else would likely fit claw.

Here's a nice reference list for you to look through if you like. There are a lot of inaccuracies/missing mice/updates needed etc. but it's more than sufficient for the average buyer looking around for mice with good sensors.

One mouse I'll point out is the Mionix Avior 7000, the dimensions, button placement, scrollwheel placement, etc. is really nicely placed for the average claw gripper. Back heavy but with claw gripping that's alright.

I've had my FK1 for about 2-3 months now, and I think it's a fantastic mouse. Only gripe with the FK1 is my scroll wheel wobbles a bit, as others have said, but that's not a deal breaker. Other than that, it had a great sensor and glides smooth on almost any mousepad. Not sure about the FK2 yet, I've only seen what it looks like so far.

i still recommend logitech G400 or zowie FK1 or zowie FK2, depending on your grip style and stuff.

if you're interested in the ninox aurora, wait a few more days/weeks.
reviews have started coming out.
and i'd just wait for a few more reviews, from people who've used the mouse for at least a few days.

In regards to actual shape the Ninox Aurora is likely the closest. In regards to most similar dimensions, Zowie FK1.

Logitech G400s user here.

The G400s has a fingertip grip which is kinda strange for the first couple of weeks but after that i got used to it and now it feels natural.

Pros: Maybe a little heavy but nothing you cant get used to

Cons: mouse wheel and buttons still have that nice sharp "click" 7/8 months later.

Would recommend 9/10

I mainly palm grip but sometimes claw so what are the best mouses for palm grip you guys think?

dude it entirely depends on the size of your hand and where you put your fingers

deathadder is technically designed to be a palm grip mouse but it feels like a foreign object in my hands, and maybe for others too because ive seen people trying to claw it (seriously razer make a better shape we're humans with five fingers)

g400 has a nice palm grip where i can tuck my pinky in the groove on the right but the LOD is too high for me

zowie ec1 evo is a really big palm grip mouse, almost ime 3.0 size so if you have big hands its basically impossible that the mouse can be uncomfortable for you

same with the zowie ec2 evo only it's small so if you have small hands you can palm it

you can make a "palm grip mouse" out of any mouse depending on where you put your fingers. my favorites are the ec series from zowie as far as grip goes. they're true ergonomic mice to me.
