#1 Fantasy Football 2014 in Off Topic

Just wondering if anyone is interested in starting a 10 man standard league with a $10~15 buy in so people actually show up to drafts.

#22 Luxury/Sport Cars in Off Topic

Acura, Lexus, and maybe Infiniti to a certain extent has the best reliability rating for luxury cars. But certain models, especially the basic ones uses engines from their mainstream companies. For example, the engine from an Acura TL is the exact same one from a Honda Accord. So in a sense all you're really doing is paying a huge premium for a better looking Honda and a nicer interior

#18 Luxury/Sport Cars in Off Topic

Just try to avoid luxury sports cars older than 5 years old, people will always tend to abuse these cars far more than often. And even though its designed to handle that kind of stress, the chances of some part breaking is still pretty high.

If anything vhalin probably has some good experience when it comes to this topic because he recently switched from a EVO to Audi S5 or RS5

#37 Youtube to buy Twitch? in Off Topic
nickplusA few big streamers have already expressed their disdain for this change, its up to whether twitch wants to continue as a website or make some big dosh.

I don't see it happening, twitch is too successful of a website and their community has a mass of influence.

$1 billion cash, vs the possibility of some nerds getting angry, mmhmmhmhmh......

FerskinfinnaThis is another issue of "oh I'm really smart I'm just lazy".

Smart people aren't lazy fucks.
thats what you think, you obviously never were smart.

God damn, if I was his father and knew this kind of attitude, I would have kicked his ass, destroyed his computer with a bat right in front of him, and bought him a $200 netbook.

Not studying harder in high school and essentially wasted 2 years of college at a community college, but on the bright side, I did give my liver probably 5 more years of life span after witnessing how much cheap alcohol my friends put in their system

Outside Lands' lineup looks pretty dope this year, just hope they don't jam two great performances with conflict one of another like how they did it last year with Red Hot Chillipeppers and Kaskade. Would hate to choose between YEEZUS and Tiesto

#14 prom in Off Topic
Fightmasterthat sounds cheesy as fuck, I mean goddamn

if you wanna go with her to prom just ask her, come on

If shes a really good friend or a girlfriend, its suppose to be cheesy because you pretty much already know they will say yes. Asking someone to prom is not the same as asking some out on a date, people don't straight out ask people out because they want to know the other person, they do it because they already do (I hope this is the case). In other words, you shouldn't really have to worry about her saying no.

#45 buying a car, help! in Off Topic

Unless you purchased a limited edition car like a BMW 1M, your brand new car loses 20% of its value the moment it rolls off the dealership. For a daily driver, it is much better to just buy a used civic/corolla/golf/mazda 3 and save some money for something else because honestly, the difference between a $20k daily driver and $10k is minuscule at best, in the end all you're trying to do is going from point A to point B. In my opinion, there is just simply no point to spend even more than $10,000 on a daily driver. If you're gonna dump more than $20k in a car, at least make it worth a while with a nice luxury car or a really fun sports car.
