Hi i got a laptop recently then i downloaded tf2 and when i firts opened(without config) it runned in a 40 fps avarge but when i got my old config it runnned like with no config, if someone have aconfig for this specs i wold be really thankful(srry for bad english)

Hello I am a laptop gamer and I need a config as I am getting deeper into the competitive community and I would like to know which config would help me increase my fps in battle since I have tried almost 13 configs and they do not work for me I just need an average of 40 at 60 fps, if you have any subject let me know.
