actually literally all of the spaceship servers in tftv browser need updated to tf.sappho.io url

hello, could you update the URLs for the dm servers to `tf.sappho.io` instead of whatever they were before? the ports are the same. Thanks

I forgot to tell anyone but as of https://github.com/sapphonie/MGEMod/pull/7 chillymge and mgemod are merged into just mge.smx. hopefully pepperkick can release a version of the map that i can just stick on github, he said he would at some point a while ago

new update 0.0.5 adds windows gamedata so this plugin works on windows servers. thank you to tragic for reminding me to add this. please know that this took several hours of my time and you can see the pain i went through reverse engineering this for windows here if you'd like, and that i accept donations over at https://sappho.io/donate . Next few updates will add
- tftrue esque print to chat's a la !tftrue and typing status in console etc, requested by weithoofd
- fixes for windows servers not printing colors in console
- maybe finishing stv autorecording
- maybe adding logs
- maybe rgl/etf2l/etc auto configs

who is banned that shouldnt be? most ppl who get banned nowadays are either egregiously toxic or cheating

coming soon;

- draw 386x386x386 unit cube around spawn before spawning, find another spawn if there's enemy projectiles or enemy players found in it, avoids spawning players into dying immediately
- wait in spectate / death cam to spawn players instead of respawning -> sitting in spawn -> teleporting - prevents getting flashes of your actual spawn room before immediately getting teleported
- Soap will now require gamedata because of the above change - i would highly recommend installing Updater ( https://github.com/Teamkiller324/Updater/releases/latest ) so you dont have to fuck with it
- players are no longer targeted by sentries in dm [if people give a shit i'll put this behind a cvar]
- Soap will no longer waste processing power checking if a spawn is clipping into the world every time it attempts to spawn a player, instead it checks when loading the map and removes it from the valid spawn list then
- Soap now requires sourcemod 1.11 as 1.10 is end of life
