When captains don't pick players in time they receive a ban for the next draft and cannot play, because they failed to pick fast enough. That should prevent killing pugs to play in the winning team or playing with mates.

Also choosing one player as a buddy would be a cool feature to see like it was in tf2pickup, ... you can only pick a buddy when a you are signing up for med and playing med

how about implement a bar where you can see how many players are online

furthermore i would suggest to order the names alphabetical,
(atm i think it is the ones with a capital first then the ones with a minuscle)

can you implement a small caption on the top of the page which shows the amount of players who are online at the moment?
