I hope I never have to play demo in cevo again
also as a heads-up there's this weird glitch in cevo where a couple players just have their stats completely doubled- twice the kills, deaths, dmg, heals, etc.
forgets on my team has it, so does lennon, and I think joshin, idk about others
but yeah
people in mge are spineless pussies
if you switch computers the counter resets guys
we go live in less than 4 hours, last chance to get in your questions!
Good news everyone, I talked to enigma and it seems as if the q+a session will be on twitch.tv/teamfortresstv this Sunday at 6 est!
Hey guys, for those who don't know me I'm mustardoverlord, demoman and team leader for Dead Ringer Storage: http://www.ugcleague.com/team_page.cfm?clan_id=8004
I know that us platinum highlander players should, on average, be giving back more to the community than we currently are. Thus, I decided to do so in a way that would harness my greatest asset (talking a lot), and organize a grand ol' question and answer session with a diverse crowd of NA plat players from a variety of teams.
I can't reveal the final list of contributors, but here are some people I've asked so far:
From Gentlemen's Club- vhalin, ash, and Arthur
From Electric Temptations- Argo, phAZE, and Satan
From DRS- Hard Ass Johnny and myself
From Murderforce 9000- stabby and sigafoo
More players to come!
Here's the way the format will work: I am cross-posting this on r/truetf2, the UGC forums, and teamfortress.tv. Post your questions on any of these threads, and I will gather them and sort them as best I can. This weekend, I will gather the whole posse in mumble and we will stream the answers LIVE, and I will try to get a moderator to track the twitch chat and gather yet more questions still for us to answer.
Feel free to ask any non-trolly question you want (with a few mildly trolly questions mixed in, if you really want!). We will happily answer as many questions as possible, as thoroughly and honestly as we can. Questions can range in topic from class and general tips, to our opinion of maps, other players and teams, UGC rules and decisions, and even our favorite hats if you wanna be ~that guy~. I hope to see lots of creative and thought-provoking queries from y'all!
The event will go live this Sunday, the 23rd, at 6:00 PM est. I have yet to determine what stream to use, so stay tuned for that to be announced.
C U THERE
EDIT: http://www.twitch.tv/teamfortresstv is the stream

The 16-0 season on Community Clown College, shame it didn't work out in playoffs but everyone on that team was awesome and I still love those guys.
Playing a 2 1/2 hour match on cp_ashville aka cp_auschwitz (and winning, thank god).
This game with Pwr Rangers: http://play.esea.net/index.php?s=stats&d=match&id=3198119
Not only was it a true testament to how hard our team had worked that season, going from a low IM shitter team to a contender, but it was the last game I played on esea.
More recently, winning the TF.TV HIGHLANDER INVITATIONAL was pretty awesome, just one magical day where everything seemed to go incredibly right. I know everyone on our team had a great time that day too.
Finally, this one particular scrim is stuck in my brain: http://sizzlingstats.com/stats/64614
It was the last time I made a serious effort to succeed in 6v6, and the game went well and confirmed that, if I really tried, I could build a strong team for main or invite.
...And then everyone decided not to join that little project right afterwards RIP.
