bombdigitiI had them in Vancouver, the only way i was able to get rid of them was i found where they slept. Luckily for me that was in the frame of the wooden bed. If you can find the little dried blood spots from them (their pooh) you might be able to get rid of them. Have to find them at their source, while they sleep.
Otherwise, gl man. They are nearly the hardest bug to get rid of. Didn't sleep for like a week when i was living in Vancouver. I found them and got an immediate joy boner after crushing them.
Had them in Burnaby. They fucking suck, id fall asleep wake up quickly turn the lights on and see them crawling on my legs and sheets scattering away. I had bites all over. Finally got rid of them with an exterminator
