loltfAMD is not as good. Intel master raceBurningSmilebornaAMD APU FM2:
AMD A4-5300 Trinity 3.4GHz (3.6GHz Turbo) Dual-Core APU w/ Radeon HD 7480D Graphics
AMD 64 CPU Fans:
Spire Kestrel-King II AMD 64 fan
AMD A-Series FM2 Motherboards:
MSI FM2-A55M-E33, AMD A75, SATA3, OnBoard Video, HDMI & DVI, USB 3.0,GB LAN
PCI-Express Video cards:
AMD Radeon HD Onboard 3D graphics HDMI+ DVI Dual head
Sound Cards:
Realtek HD digital audio (onboard)
Network Cards:
Ethernet network adapter (onboard)
Cases:
Apevia X-Dreamer-4 Black and Blue, front USB 2.0 & 3.0, Temp. display, Hot swap HDD
Power Supply:
Logisys 400W ATX Power Supply

Would this be a good build for tf2 recording and streaming or just running high GFX

Please I know not to do this so dont tell me not to post here.
Fight me¯\_(ツ)_/¯

No your trying to run an Amd cpu, Amd cpus are god awful for running TF and general performance. Post in the pc build thread with your budget and intended use, Setsul will reply withing about 48 hours usually with a build for ya.

Do you guys think AMD A6-5499K Trinity 3.6 GHz (3.8 Turbo) Dual Core APU w/ Radeon HD 7540D Graphics is better?

#21 Comanglia cfg UPDATE + Mac's Guide to FPS! in Customization
ComangliabornaComangliafrom what I can see

things you've changed

removed a lot of comment sections
rate 60000 (removed from good connection settings and no replacement)
dsp_slow_cpu 0 (I had 1)
mat_queue_mode -2 (I have -1 not sure why you'd switch to "legacy default" but ok)
mat_reducefillrate (you flat out removed this command which does boost fps when set to 1)
mat_filterlightmaps 0
mat_filtertextures 0 //OPTIONAL
mat_specular 0
mat_trilinear 0
^ I had 1 for all of these, also you have these in here twice you have the original ones I put in and you pasted these to the bottom

-edit-
Their's a couple more differences since I updated my config just a few hours ago, but I didn't expect to find my most up to date one within yours
Listen bud, I'm trying I'm just new to the config community. I didn't steal yours I just made it more user friendly and added a few commands and took a few out. It seems to have worked better for me but thanks for your feedback!

this is a bit uncalled for, when I see a new config that's based off mine I don't expect much beyond 3/4 changes and maybe some formatting. My post was more about, hey you should reconsider a few things, and remove redundancies.

Also it's not like I make money off my configs, I'm not bothered that you're making one.
I also saved you some time on the eventual "how does this differ from the config you based it off of" question.

Comanglia, thank you for the advice and I will take that into consideration. I didn't say that it was mine, nor did I mean to copy you. I just added a few commands that help me personally and mac users in general. Technically it is an edit of yours so I gave it that name. I am working on expanding my knowledge of cfg commands and scripting. Maybe sometime you should teach me something and we can get together and make something great :).

#20 Comanglia cfg UPDATE + Mac's Guide to FPS! in Customization
Not_MatlockI'm not on a Mac, but I ran a few benchmarks on my system just for the heck of it.
DEFAULT SETTINGS

2639 frames 31.585 seconds 83.55 fps (11.97 ms/f) 5.261 fps variability

---------------------------------

LQGFX

2639 frames 23.929 seconds 110.29 fps ( 9.07 ms/f) 10.828 fps variability
Mind if I steal those benchmarks?
---------------------------------

COMANGLIA

2639 frames 24.375 seconds 108.27 fps ( 9.24 ms/f) 10.271 fps variability

---------------------------------

COMANGLIA - MAC

2639 frames 24.313 seconds 108.54 fps ( 9.21 ms/f) 10.793 fps variability

#1 Comanglia cfg UPDATE + Mac's Guide to FPS! in Customization

Hello all! I am starting this thread because I have just finished editing a revising a little more efficient version of Comanglia's config! Also I am going to put an excellent list of the best fps improving mods for both the game and your computer! Now let's get to it ツ!
Edit of Comanglias for Mac's and Mid-Tier computers here
smcFanControl is a very great and useful product to keep your MAC cool and prevent stutters and jittering in your fps and will save you fps because of the cooled CPU. Download it here!
2875rpm on CPU menu mode! (Recommended Settings!)
No hats mod! VPK is the easiest to download here is the original thread!
No particles(Possibly outdated!) here
Low explosion particles! (No significant FPS change, but looks cool) here
No soundscapes here
List of good cfgs and fps mods I missed here
P.S. I suggest using "my"(Comanglia's) cfg if you're trying to get MAX fps!
Link to my steam if you have any questions of comments!
I made this because I suffer from fps and I am on mac! Now I have managed it and I feel good!
Mac specs:
3.2 GHZ intel core i3
4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
ATI Radeon HD 5670 512 MB
Have a nice day hoped this helped you! I will keep working on this config!
