a discord bot would also be good and not too difficult* to implement compared to a webserver. does a bot for pugs already exist? that would be a fun project to work on

czarchasmYes; it all takes place on Discord servers nowadays (from what I've seen mostly anyway).

i took a look at the server list and my experience so far:
- one of the servers hasn't run a pug in two months(?)
- one of the servers hasn't verified newcomers from the past week; maybe it'll be good when i can get in
- one of the servers is asking me to have someone vouch for me(???)

tf2pugs.com is giving me a "Steam account must be at least 3 months old." error so I can't verify myself
- Yoshi fixed the issue super fast :) ...tf2pugs is still pretty rudimentary and only has one or two open lobbies
i get that the sixes community is super small and only getting smaller, but like six years ago at least we had mixchamp and freakpugs (nobody's running pugchamp instances anymore?). Me personally, I haven't played TF2 regularly in years, but only recently got the itch to play some sixes again, and this has been an extremely annoying experience

AlphaproticallDoes this happen to other gaming companies? I feel like its always valve having their stuff stolen and leaked.
Valve have a bit of a strange proposition where Source licensees have access to a certain library of Valve assets, which is how some of their assets got leaked in the past. There have been *some* rumors that this was the case here, but nothing certain.

Listen, Kevin. I've been following your TF2 Stadia site for a while now, and I've got to say that you're a fantastic entrepreneur and your site is fantastic. But this is a doggy dog world, and I think you're not aggressive enough to survive in it. If a person is able to go onto your site and say the word "center", then why bother? And for that reason, I'm out.
