Unreal Engine 4 is now free.

You can also now play the current build for the new Unreal Tournament if you have the UE4 launcher. (you could sorta do it before but now its easier)
And they added a friends list to the launcher.

This is the nicest engine I have used, the only thing I dislike is that you have to use visual studio to develop in C++ and if you use the free version of visual studio you cant use the toolbars from UE4.
