I'm no mental health expert but i can confirm that exercise is really good for keeping your mental health sound, It's got a lot to do with the endorphins being released which should boost your mood, as well as being outside and in generally more natural and green areas will be much healthier than staying inside, I've found that whenever i have been upset or unhappy i can go out for a jog or something along those lines.

If you feel lonely, just be sure the majority of the people on this thread probably do not know you and yet all of us are here to help in any way possible, the tf2 community is very accepting aside from the shitposters which you should pay no attention to. I'm sure the majority of the people here are willing to talk if it makes you feel any better.

I don't know the context of what's happening either, but i can assure you that being strong and determined now will pay off so much once you have pulled through.
