Hey, sorry for bringing up a dead thread but I found a setting that people should try out if they have problems with PWM. Setting the monitor brightness to 100 stops the PWM, but the white luminance on a default splendid destroys my eyes.
Splendid: Game Mode
Brightness: 100
Contrast: 100
Color Temp: R - 75 G - 75 B- 75
Everything else at the default game splendid settings
Also, don't mess around with the surface tuning in the program because it starts making the mouse randomly twitch up to the sky sometimes whenever you make a fast swipe.

Mouse 1 tends to get stuck (for a short amount of time but enough to notice) so it's quite frustrating trying to one-tap in csgo.
