Menachemalso according to the june monthly thread this month is gonna feature a new, good tournament platform and shorter waits between matches
these shorter waits are relying on people actually finishing their matches within 45 minutes which has been an issue in the past
Console-EssentialsTF has been running monthly tournaments with 1000$ prizepools in both EU and NA that have very underwhelming player draw due to long waits between matches and lack of a good tournament platform, which problems will be hopefully fixed in the changes to the june tournaments going onward.!
This is a bit of a derail but I'd argue that the biggest issue is really poor promotion of the cups causing most of the community to not be aware of the cups happening until like 3 days before the thing happens
