it has nothing to do with you not being able to post threads about it, but the discussion of people wanting to abandon tf2c for something better like faceit or tf2stadium has been going on for a while now.

Even though it's just 2 threads, a lot of people have agreed that tf2c isn't a good site, just as you had listed in your original post. It's not that your opinion is necessarily unpopular, but the phrase "preaching to the choir" kind of applies here.
But that doesn't offer anything, surely if there are threads about it, it's a legitimate problem we need to address and discuss, and I honestly can't see a better place to discuss such things, what you're saying is the tftv equivalent of reddit saying "ew why so many valve discussion threads, I want memes XD"
We've had so many threads about how TF2C is shitty, there's nothing new to be said. Want to do something about it? Don't use the site. Use TF2Stadium. But I know no one will do that.
We might as well have another "The competitive future of TF2 thread" while we're at it.

They're classes in the game gemm, all I'm saying is I think something for new players should not have unnecessary restrictions to prevent alienation, obviously if they come in thinking they can play pyro full time then they're just uninformed, but someone who actually personally invests themselves into wanting to start 6's and are exposed to such clenching restrictions that aren't even present in leagues (the understandably strictest entity in tf2) seems silly.

players can still ofclass but only a certain percentage of time.
You can literally make lobbies that are no offclass allowed.

Permasniping is always more cancerous than people yelling at retards to stop offclassing.
Off course it's going to sound sill when you wrench it from context, but that's the way we present ourselves as a gamemode, if I lay it out like this "6's is better because you can utulize the classes' strengths in certain situations, where is in highlander there are periods where certain classes are useless, tf2 was meant for you to switch up your class" and then that same person goes and plays a 6's lobby and gets absolutely berated for even switching to sniper, right or wrong timing, seems kind of redundant right?
Fair, but poor play is different from restriction.
