Man, that really sucks to hear the harassment got worse the past few years. It feels like the kinda thing were behavior that is bizarre becomes so... normal, so much so you don't even notice until an event like this were everyone gets shaken up

Back in my shoutcasting days, the amount of harassment I got was crazy. Looking back, I don't know how I managed to stay involved for as long as I did. Many other casters were also crazily harassed.

I'm glad to see that it's being brought more to light. Hopefully it'll help reduce the amount of harassment

I loved the Docu last night, So happy I canceled my morning meetings cause I was so hype after it I had trouble falling asleep.

Loved it all, and really made me relive some of the best moments from maxlan, the iseries and all the online stuff.

It was fantastic to see all the stories and the people highlighted, as well as people like Tapley, Byte, Pledge, Agro, Tempest, Bones, Arx and Beta, and many many more who weren't highlighted in the video (which makes sens, you only have a hour to go through it all).

Go to your account settings page (right click on your profile, or go to http://www.weav.tv/#/profile/settings), there you can scroll down and you will find the RTMP URL.

In OBS, go to broadcast settings, then set streaming service to custom and put the RTMP URL (rtmp://ingest-ca1.weav.tv/live) in there.

now you need your stream key, for that, go back to weav account settings page and press the first of the three buttons (request stream key), that'll generate an email out to you with an activation key, which will need to be imput at the second button. That'll then require our approval (which i'll do), and then you'll get an email with stream key, and you can also see it from the show key button.

I know, its too much a hassle, and we are rewriting it to only be 4 steps instead of 9 or so atm (request key-> email gets sent out if you approve it y/n -> key gets emailed to you. Show key would then also send another email off). Reason why we always send it to email is because we find that in the case of your account being compromised but your email isnt, ittl be a slight bit more secure.

Yeah, we pushed a new update to the live server, fixing some bugs that made it impossible to get stream keys, resulting in the site being horribly horribly slowed.
