says that matchmakeing was basically confirmed with commands like
TF_MATCHMAKEING_QUICKPLAY = 1;
TF_MATCHMAKEING_INVALID = 0;
TF_MATCHMAKEING_LADDER = 3;
and civilian code in the game getting changed with his own voice lines and the ability to hold a gun.
