If this guy is pissed off at the game balance of MANNPOWER OF ALL GAMEMODES then maybe he should use his position as a valve employee to fix the actual problem of the team balancing engine and the horrible gamemode itself, as opposed to kicking someone for being better than him.

The biggest issue I have is the flames make it really fucking hard to see the Pyro and actually aim at him
This is honestly the biggest issue. You can't see what you're shooting at, or anything at all behind the flames
