Hi,
I've upgraded my system today. Its been running ok, but in the evening there appeared a problem:
it started to get ~20-30% CPU usage from System (ntoskrnl.exe) in both when idle and playing looking like a problem related to ACPI.sys driver.
Screenshot.

I've spent many hours trying to find a fix, but nothing has worked.
I tried:

    Updating and Rollback Drivers
Reinstalling Windows with Format to 8.1 and 7
Updating Bios to the latest version

Build:
ASUS Z97-P Motherboard
i5 4690K CPU (no OC)
ETS-T40 CPU Cooler
Corsair CX600 PSU
2 x Kingston HyperX 2GB @ 1600Mhz
GTX 660 GFX

Ideas?

Forsak3n, did you find any solution for you problem? I have the exact same problem and exact same motherboard. Excessive CPU usage at minimal computer use.
