Intermittent TF2 Ping / Entity spikes

This started yesterday, and I have been experiencing occasional (every 10 ish seconds) ping lag. Occasionally, choke and loss go up, but not always. This has happened on the skial MGE server I was on, as well as casual and TF True servers.

The current config I am using is the newest mastercoms config, and my net settings are
rate 100000
cl_cmdrate 66
cl_updaterate 66
cl_interp 0.035
cl_interp_ratio 2
cl_smooth 0
cl_smoothtime "0.010"
cl_lagcompensation 1
cl_pred_optimize 2
net_maxcleartime "0.045"
net_splitpacket_maxrate "60000"

since I couldn't find the net settings in the config folder.

I have tried revalidating the net settings, and reinstalled TF2. I have also tried restarting my PC and Steam.

I am on virgin media (UK) and have a fast download speed (~70ish mbps)

The netgraph looks as follows:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1495986456
Any help / fixes would be great!

Edit: I have also tracked my internet usage on glasswire, and TF2's net usage will suddenly spike to around 5x what it usually is. Also, I tracked my ping too, and the ping to google changes a LOT.

Update:

Happens in all games, probably something wrong my PC

I tried sfcscannow in cmd too

Here is the fix (in my case):

I tried ping logging my ping to google, using this.

I did this on 2 seperate computers and managed to replicate the similar ping spikes.

Thus, it was not software specific (I think).

I also noticed my neighbours are now using the same internet provider, and most likely used the same hub.

I changed the channels on the 2.4ghz band (not too sure what I did specifically, but hopefully this will help the person reading this in the future maybe :)) to another (non default) to reduce intereference. I noticed a lot less lag after booting up TF2. Hope this helps anyone who needs it in the future!

Before, I was getting cut outs of around 1000ms, now the biggest ones are just shy of 100ms.
