As the title says, whenever I open the server browser no servers pop up, favorites, friends, history; And when I try to join a friend through steam or I try to connect through console it just says "Server not responding".

Already uninstalled/installed tf2
Verified game cache
Tried using this launch option I saw somewhere in the internet "+clientport 27006-27014"

EDIT:
"Connection failed after 4 retries" while trying to use console.

sometimes it helps to launch your Steam in TCP mode. try adding a "-tcp" parameter to your Steam shortcut and restarting it

For me it does that sometimes and just refreshing the server browser / changing tab from all servers to favourites etc a few times helps

this happens to me but in my case i just wait it out for like 5 to 10 mins and it usually comes back online and the way mine is triggered is by me spamming refresh like a retard so for one maybe stop spamming it if its the case also it can happen when your game coordinator gets cut and crashes and if thats the case then try to create a server and playing on it for a bit then try joining a casual or community server.

Possible DoS/flood protection in your router, which is useless, so if disable it if you can.
