vulcthe g403 would fit you better but there's also the finalmouse ultralight pro which is worth looking at
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dh56Nxh61Xg incredibly light and good shape

for anyone who actually owns the ultralight finalmouse.
How does it feel with palm grip?
How much shit gets stuck in the hexagon holes after a lot of use?

Was discussing this with Reflecto and also posted about it before I'll just quote it, I posted this when I only had it for 2 weeks but used it for a good month or so and still feel the same way so

emovulcGET THE FINALMOUSE ULTRALIGHT PRO
http://www.rocketjumpninja.com/top-40/
http://www.rocketjumpninja.com/tag/LCLAW/
he has a youtube channel and he has reviewed every single mouse on this list

I own this and I can tell you issues I've had with the 2+ weeks I tested it with.
 • Uncomfortable with grip style (hybrid palm claw) due to the honeycomb pattern
 • Its actually light enough I felt like lowering my sensitivity due to it being a bit too easy to move around.
 • Finalmouse classic quality issues in which its 90$ (for Ultrasunlight) or 70$ (for the rest) for a mouse that feels like it'll break on me within a few months. Which happened with the Finalmouse Scream One S2 and their Finalmouse Classic Ergo 2 all within 2 months.

Also realized more to put on the list:
 • Scroll wheel rattle (for my Scream One S2 it ended up having the scroll wheel completely stop functioning after 2 months)
 • Finalmouse don't produce the mouse anymore AFTER they decide to work on a new design so if you get this AND IT BREAKS while they're developing a new mouse, which they've done 2 in the past 4 months, they will tell you to wait for the new mouse to come out and they'll send you that one if you want a replacement THUS you're receiving a mouse that could be of a completely different shell/shape, materials, etc. [FinalMouse Scream One S2 broke, asked for new one, told me they no longer are producing it and are working on their new mouse (which was the C. Ergo 2) and they'd send me one one it released, i declined as i'm not too much of a fan of the shape.

What's the cheapest place to buy a Nixeus revel right now?

late late edit I had ended up buying from Amazon.ca but they cancelled due to out of stock, now it seems basically impossible to order one in Canada for a reasonable price

the g305 looks sick. i'll definitely upgrade to it from my g403 wireless once it's in stock & people vouch for the quality of said stock.

i'm a big fan of the corepad deskpads, they're great for those with slower sensitivities. i personally have owned the corepad xxxl since about like 2014 iirc. currently unavailable on amazon, however

i got the g305 today. i can wholeheartedly recommend it. good shape, nice optical scroll wheel, easy to actuate side mouse buttons, and good tracking. with a lithium battery, i'm getting ~89g and the difference is significant coming from a 107g g403 wireless.

Joshua wat do you think the perfect weight of a mouse is? I mean it might get too light and then when you go to do 360 u just throw it across the room cause ur too strong?

Is the g203 any good? my gPro's left click doesnt work 100% and I don't want to waste another 80$ on it, and I saw it has the same shape as a gPro. Any other mice similar to the gPro?

me and goldfish have been using FINAL MOUSE and its actually pretty sick. 500hz, but honestly I feel like my shots are so much more accurate with the extra smoothing. It might be placebo but the fact that this is the lightest mouse I've ever used at like 68 grams is insane. The clicks are very mechanical and instantaneous. For me this is a direct upgrade to the Deathadder, just with a lower quality plastic shell. If the mouse was more disposable, and not super rare that would be nice... over all its a 5/5 for me for the FINAL MOUSE and if you can get one, I'd recommend it.

I always preferred the feel of 500hz to 1k. why do people stop at 1000 anyway? I had my intellimouse at 8000hz. its just like dpi its a fucking meme.

dunno why finalmouse makes the lightest mouse ever then they put a shit braided cable on it, but thats par for the industry these days i guess

Currently using the wired g403 and want to go wireless, I like the shape of the g403 so I would like to stick with that
I’m debating between the g603 and the g703 but the main issue is weight. My g403 weighs 90g while the g703 weighs about 106 and the g603 weighs 112 grams with a single heavy battery and 135 with two heavy batteries. Can anybody with experience with these mice tell me if the weight difference is going to make a big difference?

G703 is essentially a wireless G403 anyway, weight difference can be noticeable at first but you get used to it over time, been using my G703 for about 6 months now.

Not sure if this is a thing still, but pretty sure the G403 Wireless is a thing. The G703 is an upgraded G403 Wireless that has their charging tech where you can charge it through your mousepad with their like 100$ charging dock (the dock is incredibly small and you can still notice the charging tech bumps below your pad), other than that the G403 Wireless and G703 should be the same thing. So probably best to grab whichever ends up being cheaper.

It's hard to say since there is so many factors with this.

1. you'll no longer have cable drag which means your mouse will actually feel a bit lighter than most other 106g mice.
2. You can use a singular lithium battery and get it closer to 100g.
3. You can get better mouse skates that has less static friction thus making the mouse feel lighter as well. https://www.hyperglide.net/?hg=paypal-na hyperglide just release the g403 style mouse skates
4. You can open up the mouse and remove some of the unnecessary shit to get it closer to the same weight as well.

OR

You can install a paracord mouse cable and replace the mouseskates with the hyperglide ones I mentioned above and have a mouse that's ~90g and feels like it's wireless with less friction.

-edit-
I have 0 personal experience with going from a wired mouse to a wireless mouse of the exact same shape.

I have A LOT of experience of switching between mice of nearly or exactly the same shape with various mouse skates, cables and weights.

I've used a G400, G400s, G403, G502, Zowie EC2-A, Zowie FK (2014), IntelliMouse Optical and G303.

I've replaced mouse skates on G400, G400s, G403, G502, Zowie EC2-A, IntelliMouse Optical and G303.
I've replaced cables on G400s, G403, G502, IntelliMouse Optical and G303
I've done' weight reduction mods on G400s (-3g end weight 106g), G403 (-4g end weight 83g), G502 (-11g end weight 110g) and IntelliMouse Optical (-2g end weight 84g)

Also if anyone has any tips on weight reduction for the G502 that doesn't include drilling holes into the shell I'm welcome to hear some lol. Trying to make the G502 look almost untouched from the top or sides and keep functionality of stock. Goal weight is ~105g

things I've already done
-change out scroll wheel for g700 style scroll wheel (-2 grams)
-removed screws that hold the base of the mouse to top of the mouse since the clips on the g502 seem to hold together really well (about -0.5 gram)
-removed internal light pipes for the lighting effects + screws that held them in place (-1.5 grams)
-removed blue rubber in the weight holding area (-1 gram)
-removed basically all of the weight cover except the mouseskate thumb area (-6 grams)

What's the current meme lightweight (around 80 grams or less) mouse at a reasonable price for large hands and fingertip grip? My Ninox Venator started disconnecting during scrims today and my backup mouse (g302) i HATE WITH THE FORCE OF A THOUSAND SUNS OF HATEFUL FURY. Needs to be CHEAP. I don't have much money ATM so the Air58 is out of the question.

Some options (basically I'm looking for stuff close to or less than 80g that's $60 or less for the majority of this list)

Not Released Yet
Glorious Odin $50 sub 70g supposedly Q1 this year rumor is PMW3360
Ninox Astrum 70g-75g depending on configuration PMW3360

Questionable Quality/Sensors

Cooler Master
MasterMouse S ~80g with weight removed? otherwise it's 89g PMW3330

Mad Catz
R.A.T 1+ 60g no sensor listed but probably something bad
R.A.T 2+ 70g PMW3325
R.A.T S3 80g PMW3330

Ninox
Aurora ~70g ADNS-3090

Zowie
Zowie ZA13 ~80g PMW3310 $60 though

Requires some modding

Asus
Impact ~84g PMW3310
Sica ~83g PMW3310

Corsair
Harpoon ~85g PMW3320

Logitech
G100s off eBay Also would need to remove the 10g internal weight to get it to ~75g, though you would be limited to 500Hz and a pretty miserable max tracking speed.

G203 normally $40 and I've seen this as low as $25. Starts at 85g, has some older style LED lighting with relatively large bulbs, could clip those out and get it to around 83g pretty quickly and probably remove several other bits of plastic if you looked for them.

Razer
Abysuss V2 $35 from Razer 83g PMW3329 (Razer's version of 3325) pretty sure you would have to drill holes/sand all kinds of crap to get below 80g

Good Sensors

Dream Machine
DM 3 Mini ~77g PMW3360 (can't seem to find in NA)

Requires some modding

Logitech
G403 I've seen this get as low $40 recently might be a pain to find for less than $50 currently. Starts at 87.3g removing the plastic weight cover and magnets for holding it in place + removing alot of the plastic on the bottom of the mouse for the weight holding area will get the mouse at or just below 80g.

There's a ton of other mice that are really close to 80g and small changes can easily get them there but most of them are ~$55 or more

DM 1 FPS ~83g PMW3389
DM 1 Pro S ~85g PMW3360
Nixeus Revel ~85g PMW3360 $35 right now on amazon
Zowie Divina S2 ~83g PMW3360

G203 normally $40 and I've seen this as low as $25. Starts at 85g, has some older style LED lighting with relatively large bulbs, could clip those out and get it to around 83g pretty quickly and probably remove several other bits of plastic if you looked for them.

Razer
Abysuss V2 $35 from Razer 83g PMW3329 (Razer's version of 3325) pretty sure you would have to drill holes/sand all kinds of crap to get below 80g

Dream Machine
DM 3 Mini ~77g PMW3360 (can't seem to find in NA)

Looking for a new mouse. The mice I've owned are the MX518, an early Deathadder, Deathadder 2013, and finally a G303. The G303 is doubleclicking bad now and is out of warranty. What are some good options for a claw grip? If it helps I think I like the Deathadders the best (quality issues aside, but it's been a while since I've held one).

I've been wanting a wireless mouse for my laptop so I'm thinking about getting one and using it on both my desktop and laptop.

Hi i am looking to buy this mousepad https://www.dreammachines.io/en/dmpadxxl but I can't find any sellers in the US. Does anyone know where I can find it or how long it might take if I order it directly from their website? Or maybe other similar mousepads? Thanks in advance.

I've narrowed my options down to two/three: the G403/703 (I'm mainly considering the G703 because it's wireless so I could easily use it on my laptop and desktop) and the Zowie EC1. I tested out both mice at stores, and the EC1 felt better but the G403 wasn't too much worse. I've been reading about some quality issues with the EC1, moreso the EC1-B rather than the EC1-A, but the general consensus is that while the shape can be weird, the G403 is better otherwise. I think I'll try out the G703 and if I don't like it much, I could always just use it with my laptop exclusively. I'd like some opinions here before I commit though.

Not from what I've seen. The G403 wireless seems to have been completely replaced with the G703 at this point. I can't find the G403 for cheaper than the G703.

I ended up picking up the G903 instead. The only G703 Best Buy had seemed to be open box but not marked as such. I tested out the G903 and the G403 on the display and I actually liked how the G903 felt better.
