TF2 crashes when i'm joining a server.
When i find a match, i join and it loads and it sends client info, etc.
When it finally loaded, my TF2 randomly crashes.

-I got HTML Mods disabled
-I got this command enabled ''mat_queue_mode -1''

Do you mean any server (community ones too), casual + MM only or MM only?

My game does that too sometimes, but when i create my own server and then join another server it normally works.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago. It turned out to be some random file from an old no-hats mod from like 2016, which no one would have ever been able to tell me was the problem.
I suggest removing all of your custom files (HUD, sounds, etc) and config, "-autoconfig"ing your game, and start plugging things back in while joining servers in between to see where the problem is.

Try removing or renaming resource/gamemenu.res and resource/ui/mainmenuoverride.res from your custom hud.

If you don't crash anymore you need to update the definitions of your (custom) hud menu buttons, which is now causing you to crash on server join.
