i got on skial trade on a weekday at 12 PM and got 12 volunteers to play a 6v6 best of 3 match for a grand prize of 6 keys (split across the 6 players) and this was the result
match starts at 17:50
a few difficulties arise throughout the course of the game lmfao
EDIT: btw, it's at the end of the video, but i asked all of them if they had fun (even the losers) and all of them said they enjoyed themselves a lot! some of them were interested in learning more about competitive and i directed them to the 6v6 newbie mixes

edit: yo i doubted french police and white beard at the beginning but i gotta say their flanking/clean-up around mid-game is pretty impressive for complete newbies

the scouts have actually been really good for their lack of comp exp. danewguy and the french police are good candidates for the mvp of this game so far. dng's backcap plays are nut-worthy.
rgb needs to rebind his kill bind like holy shit lol.

Come to think of it, my first game of 6's happened because the 24/7 2fort pub I used to play in got some people together for a game on badlands, I didn't know that kind of thing happened elsewhere

Very good initiative, and also very funny. If you managed to do it, that means it can be done on other servers using the same formula. I'd happily donate items/€ to people doing these, even if only 1 on 12 players goes on to start competitive it's worth it for the community
